The ATM (automated teller machine) industry is interested in the impact on the human to computer interface when new transaction types or technologies are established. Cardless transactions and pre-staged transactions combined with mobile technology and/or biometric technologies allow a new customer experience on self-service terminals. We want to substantiate the impact of integrating mobile and biometric technologies that are already available on the market or will be available in the future to the ATM and kiosk environment.
